Manuel Rossi

Living on the edge of the woods has led me to a connection with wood and its vibrations.

I am Manuel Rossi, from Trentino, born in 1996. I picked up the guitar at a very young age and haven't stopped playing it since. During my teenage years, this passion led me to refine my technique thanks to the advice of teachers who are still prominent musicians in the province of Trento today.

My love for the arts and for the artisanal woodworking was born within the classrooms of the A. Vittoria Art High School, which led me to obtain a Diploma in Wood and Furniture Design.

The first musical instrument formed entirely by my own hands was a classical guitar, made during an amateur violin making course at the Sandro Pertini Institute. Weaving together studies and passion led me, after high school, to live in Florence. Here, I attended the prestigious European Restoration Centre, which led me to graduate as a "Qualified Technician in the Restoration of Cultural Heritage; Sculpted Wooden Artifacts, Furniture, and Wooden Structures."

Still in Florence, I enrolled in the "Fernando Ferroni" Tuscan School of Violin Making in Sesto Fiorentino, where I was able to specialize in the construction of musical instruments.

After various work experiences in the sector, I decided to open a craft workshop in Cimone in 2020, where I create stringed instruments and carry out restorations and ordinary repairs of classical and electric guitars.
